please inform us with detailed information and do the following steps:


Please try to log out in the app. If this won't help, reinstall it from the Windows Store. 

Give us detailed information about your OS, subscription and the internet connection. Do you have 3g or 4g wi-fi?


Turn off the proxy server and two-factor authentication (if you have it). 


Also it's possible that the problem is because of you already have 10 devices limit for Google music. Please check the number of your devices where you use Google Play Music service. 

After doing all suggested steps, inform our support team!
